of Gauge Blocks from 0.5 to 200 mm as per ISO/DIN/BS standard
in Metric / Imperial.

for calibration of all grades of Gauge Blocks ( i.e. Grade 00,

- Measurement
with the help of two LVDT probes
(Top & Bottom), contacts both the faces of Gauge Block allows
differential measurement, which gives most accurate results.
- Specially
developed user-friendly software suitable for calibration in Metric
& Imperial.
- Measurement
not influenced by manual forces.
- No Zero
Setting required, compares the difference in length of Master
and Test Gauge Block, adds arithmetically the deviation of Master
Gauge Block taking in to account expansion in length due to temperature,
difference from standard temperature, expansion in length due
to difference in material of Master and Test Gauge Block and Deformation
factor.
