• No Zero Setting required, compares the difference in length of Master and Test Gauge Block, adds arithmetically the deviation of Master Gauge Block taking in to account expansion in length due to temperature, difference from standard temperature, expansion in length due to difference in material of Master and Test Gauge Block and Deformation factor.

Standard Metric Gauge Block Set

• Offered from range 100 to 500 mm in ' Reference Grade', 'Calibration Grade', 'Inspection Grade' and 'Workshop Grade' as per IS: 7014 standard.
• Also offered as per ISO: 3650 / DIN 861 standard in Grade K, Grade 0, Grade1 & Grade 2.
• Manufactured from the same special alloy steel used for Gauge Blocks, offered in 22 mm dia. from range 25 to 500 mm in steps of 25 mm.
• 'Calibration Grade', 'Inspection Grade' and 'Workshop Grade' are provided with internal threaded holes to both the ends for combinations with the help of studs.
• Reference grade length bars are used as a master and with plain ends for highest accuracy.
• Also offered in 12 mm dia from range 25 to 500 mm in steps of 25 mm which can be used as Micrometer Setting Standards.
• Supplied along with Calibration certificate traceable to National Standards and Instructions Manual on the use and care of Length Bars.
